If you have a problem with your order, let us know ASAP (email@example.com), so we can help you correct this with one of two options.
You can order your new item our eCRATER listing and in the meantime send back the other item(s) with receipt or proof of purchase for a refund with a written note that you are doing an exchange and that you have already reordered your replacement on-line from our eCRATER listing. When we receive the returned item(s) we will credit back your card for the purchase price less the shipping cost.
Items must be shipped back within 30 days from the time you receive the order. Shipping cost is not refundable.
Request a refund. You can apply for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days less shipping.
To get a refund:
Send back the items postpaid within 30 days with a note requesting a credit back to your credit card or original method of payment.
Items returned must not be used or damaged.
Please note you may not see the credit posted on your credit card statement right away as your credit card issuing bank may take from 1-2 weeks to process the credit to show on your statement.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Defective or item you did not order
We carefully check every order before it is packed and shipped.
If you receive a defective product or item(s) not listed on your order please email us within five business days.
If the mistake is on our side, we can correct this by sending you a SASE (pre-paid mailing envelope) for you to return the item. Once we get back your return, we will then send you the replacement postage paid.
